In December, we delivered the 540-hour course Production organisation and management in the furniture industry, whose objective was to organise, manage and supervise the entire production chain within the furniture sector. As a result, participants acquired knowledge and experience in implementing production control and management tools, scheduling and preparing work according to the available resources, and supervising the correct and timely execution of the processes required for furniture manufacturing, while ensuring quality, compliance with the required safety measures, respect for the environment and adherence to current regulations.
