During April and December 2024, CETEM’s Board of Directors met on two occasions to discuss routine matters and issues related to CETEM’s general activities. At the April meeting, CETEM’s financial statements for the 2023 financial year were prepared and the activity report for the same period was presented. Both the financial statements and the activity report were unanimously approved by those attending. At the December meeting, the year’s technical performance was reviewed, the projected financial closing figures for 2024 were analysed, and the action plan for the 2025 financial year was approved. In addition, an ordinary General Assembly was held in February, primarily to complete the process of electing the new Board of Directors. In June, the organisation held its statutory annual General Assembly, during which, among other matters, the financial statements for the 2023 financial year were approved.
