Pharaon

In May, a ceremony was organised to present diplomas to the people who took part in the Murcia pilot of the European “Pharaon” project. Its objective is to support Europe’s ageing population by integrating digital services, devices and tools into open platforms that can be easily implemented and that contribute to dignified, independent and safe ageing.

During the ceremony, which was attended, among other representatives, by the Director General of the Murcian Health Service, the Director of the Foundation for Health Training and Research, and the Director of CETEM, diplomas were presented to the 150 people who participated in the project. Led by CETEM, the initiative successfully demonstrated how technology can help, particularly older people, feel much better supported from both a healthcare and social perspective.
