The session concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by all the parties involved.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting, held on 14 May, aimed to bring together stakeholders with the capacity to promote vocational excellence in the Region of Murcia, with a particular focus on the furniture sector. Participating organisations included AMUEBLA, the Technical University of Cartagena (UPCT), the Employment and Training Service (SEF), INFO, AREMA, CROEM, Castillo Puche, ETF and AMBIT.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jos\u00e9 Manuel Galv\u00edn, from the European Training Foundation, joined remotely to give a presentation on vocational excellence. Juan \u00c1ngel Pastor Franco, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the UPCT, presented the university\u2019s work on microcredentials.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the meeting, participants reviewed the progress made since the first meeting held in May 2022, assessed the developments achieved and defined the priorities for the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding formalised the commitments made.
